I recently bought a 1978 Bobcat 722, the original fuel tank has been removed and a fuel cell has been scabbed on top of the engine compartment in the rear. I'd like to find a fuel tank to put in the stock location, what other models share the same fuel tank w/ the 722? Or are there any after market options out there?

Take a look on this one- https://www.ebay.com/itm/Used-Fuel-Tank-Bobcat-700-721-720-6541693-/401662667635

Check the parts book with your s/n, there were three versions used, and it appears that the ebay one is for the early, early models.
If you don't have any of the filler pipes or related hoses, it would probably work as all that would have to be fabricated or sourced rather than matching the tank to the exiting plumbing.

Thank you for the replies, after looking up the part # for the fuel tank and doing a web search I was able to find a brand new NOS fuel tank from All State AG Parts, $146.90 shipped. Mike
