Fuel tank leaking

I have an 'o7 S250 than has an annoying fuel leak. On the bottom rear of the machine there is a plate with 3 bolts, this is where the fuel is coming from so i removed the plate. Under this plate there is a plug going into the fuel tank. I tried to tighten it but it only spins. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you

there are no threads. its just a grommet and plug. drain the tank and try a new grommet

i second that.
If it still leaks, you have a rock somewhere that has rubbed through the tank or your return line could be cracked that enters the top of the tank.
