Im posting this so that it will be easier for anyone else to find the adapter and install it in the future. I was looking for the adapter for a Bobcat 743 fuel filter, going from the glass bowl cartridge to the spin on type standard fuel filter. Here is what I did and the part numbers associated with it. Tisco DP1000 is the part and company name that showed up on my door step. If you find a kit with DP1000WF then it includes two spin on Baldwin filters, this looks great !!! But...... After a fairly painless installation of the adapter I soon realized that the included filters are too long and run into hydraulic lines below the fuel filter system. SO I went to my local Auto store and they found a WIX equivalent that fit perfectly and is about two inches shorter than the Baldwin and is well within operating parameters for the V1702 fuel system. Tisco DP1000 Fuel filter adapter kit ($35-$50) Baldwin 1174483 too long for Bobcat 743 WIX #33472 fits great Pointers on installation-- Follow your Bobcat manual for removal of old cartridge and bleeding of air when completing installation of new adapter and spin on filter. The adapter has a very simple picture install and even a retard like myself got it right. You will need to remove the cooling reservoir to make life much easier. Ebay ?? Yes this is the kit you will find on Ebay but it includes two Baldwin filters which takes the price upto $75. Considering you will not use those filters I would recommend ordering the kit from a tractor/farm shop for around $35 and then getting the WIX filter or equivalent from your local auto store. Hope this helps someone down the road, Cuz I had a heck of time finding part numbers and such for this little job.
