Ford 1.6L Fuel Pump Block Off Plate needed

Does anyone know where I can find one of these? My google search has turned up fruitless.

Here's one that says it fits the Ford industrial engines.

I normally just make them from a piece of plate with 2 holes drilled in it and use the stock gasket.

I just sawed off the arm on a dead pump and put it back on mine. -Dick
