I have a 1991 bobcat 743 the right pedal is backwards the heel dumps in the toe curls back how do I change this so it does it the right way I didn't know if the hydraulic lines or switched or what thank you

My guess is that the hydraulic lines on the tilt cylinder are reversed.
 
the cylinder in front of you sitting in the cab, switch the lines either on the cylinder or the valve will fix it up

The hydraulic lines for the right pedal may be switched. You can trace the hydraulic lines from the pedals to the hydraulic control valve. If you find that the lines are crossed, you can swap them back to the correct configuration.
