Flow control on 318G auxiliary hydraulics

Is there an adjustment on the auxiliary hydraulics for this skid steer? My cylinder on the grapple moves way to fast, slams open or slams closed. If you idle the engine and move the lever very slowly it works ok but that is a pain.

I have heard of people putting a restricting washer in the hoses to limit the amount of flow to slow things down.
