I have a 763 Bobcat with flat face couplers. I released the pressure like always and took off a grapple. When I went to re-connect the coupler, I could not get one of them to lock on....it appears that it is retracted and won't release when connected fully. Is the coupler bad? Always parked inside. Many Thanks.

It could just be pressure in the attachment or the coupler at the machine, some times i have a job getting mine on.
It can be as simple as a hotter day to create pressure in the lines.

Loosen the connector with a wrench to make sure there is no pressure, you will loose a bit of fluid in the process.
