Hi everyone, I am new here. Been digging though posts and threads trying to resolve an issue I have. Just purchased a 2015 T590 with 5500 hrs. Very clean machine considering hrs and has a new undercarriage. Was running well for the first few times out with it in the yard. Started right up plugged in at -20C here no problem. Last week I went to start it and it was stone dead. Replaced battery and it powered up and cranked over and sounded like it was going to fire up but just kind of half fired and cranked faster. But never caught and ran. Did a ton of searching and tested several things. I actually have the doosan program and a Uvim but thats not helping me either. No codes unless I crank long enough to drop battery voltage. Cranking speed is 500-600 rpms Rail pressure is around 5000 psi which to me should be good, it is lots for most other engine brands I work on. IMV works fine. I seem to have lots of fuel. No air in system. I put some clear line on. Injector leak off lines dont have excessive fuel coming out. No real smoke coming out of exhaust, I removed DOC to check right at turbo. If I unplug rail pressure sensor while cranking it will smoke black and kind of fire more but then cuts off injectors and codes out for rail pressure sensor. I am stumped here. Any one have insights, Did something go wrong with the battery being dead? Unit ran awesome before. Previous owner has not had these issues.
