I stumbled upon this site tonight searching for an answer for a question that I had for one of my skid steers. As I was looking at the site, I figured I had better post in the "introduce yourself" forum just to follow protocol. I hope to learn a lot from the experts that are on here as I do not know much about the machines that I have. I hate to say that, but owning my own commercial business, I have never had to learn much about the field side of things. I now see how my subcontractors are tearing my machines up and I need to learn more about the equipment that I have spent so much money on, only to let them abuse it. I hope to learn a lot from the brain trust here, I just hope that you do not get upset with some of the many questions that I might pose to the forum. Thanks for having me, and I hope to learn a lot from you guys/girls. Thanks again.

Sadly, when the operator doesn't own the machine, they really don't give a crap if what theya re doing is causing damage, they don't pay the bills..... I hope you can slap some sense into them to take better care of your equipment.
