error code 25-02 rear auxiliary relief solenoid ON

Can anyone shed a little light on this for me? Does this mean the solenoid is bad? if so where is it located on the machine...... Any info would help.

If this is a G series machine here are some checks you can make:

1. Disconnect harness from aux soleniod, turn on key, check pin A, wire 4480 for voltage.

If no voltage, could be a controller problem

if voltage, do step 2.

2. If 12 volts found in step 1, turn off key, disconnect Bobcat controller, J4 connector

Check continuity between J4, pin J3, wire 4480, and all other pins in J4

If continuity, replace or repair harness

If no continuity, system is okay, could be a problem with the controller if alarm remains on.
