My 753 is giving an EP 3 code. I've checked the continuity of the wiring from the oil pressure sensor to the BOSS unit. A different oil pressure sensor was tried. Suspecting the Boss unit, I ran tests of grounding the oil pressure sensor wire which was supposed to result in the code changing to EP 4- mine changed to EP 5 and shorting the pressure sensor wires together which should have coded EP 7- mine remained at EP 3. I guess this suggests the BOSS unit is faulty. Does anyone repair this units as the replacement cost is unreal?

I would plumb in a tee with a manuel gauge and see what the pressure really is , I seen where the ball and spring behind the oil filter threaded fitting gets stuck and it does make enoungh oil pressure to trip the 7-10 lbs ( if I remember right ) sensor
