engine identification

I have case 1845B skid steer Someone has put a 3 cylinder diesel engine which I thought was perkins but unsure Numbers are on left side sitting in skid steer are 355504 11297975 It has Lucas CAV injector 3238F170 Trying to identify engine for specs, rebuild parts also

I looked at an 1835 case once and it has a three cylinder continental diesel in it . Perhaps someone found a way to install one of those in your 1845 machine . I can’t tell you how to identify it though .
