Engine heater

Need to get an engine heater for my Bobcat 743 Kubota V1702 engine. Which one should I get. Block heater or Magnetic. I realize the magnetic is easier to install, but it is only 300 watt. The block heater is a little difficult to install but it has 400 watts. Which one do you guys have ??? Thanks

Not sure on the 743 but our other models we run frost plug heaters. You loose a lot of heat when the heater is external. If frost plug isn’t an option I’d look into a circulating tank heater
