Well, I haven't had a chance to open up the panel again to check on the fuel gauge wires because I seem to have even worse problems. I turn the key and nothing. I tried cleaning the battery cables and posts, and charging the battery, but still nothing. This could all be related with the gauge not working and the unit not starting; i.e. the wiring... Is there a lemon law for used skid steers? I have had nothing but problems with this thing and I've only had it a little over a month and put about 7 hours on it.
