I put a new belt on about two months ago and now chunks on the grooves are breaking off. Wanted to know what caused this and what to do to fix this. Also not getting power to the fuel relay and fuse is good. What color wire out of switch goes to fuel relay?

If the pulleys are out of alignment, that could cause belt issues. Cogged belts are even more susceptible to misalignment because of the contact patch being much larger.
If the belt pitch is off a bit, or one of the pulleys has a damaged cog, that could cause it to wear faster and start shedding bits. Just a few ideas that immediately come to mind.
There should be a 763 book in the manual thread, they generally have really good wiring diagrams with colors and wire gauge to help with tracing.
