They hooked me up at a better price than what I could find on Ebay or similar. It was printed off of a computer, so somebody took the time to scan the entire manual page by page and put it on the computer. This is a Bobcat authorized printer as far as I know. I ordered it, and it was delivered UPS or FedEx in about 3 days, so they are very fast. The manuals are not cheap, but well worth the $. Also, you don't need both manuals in my opinion. The service manual has the essential pages of the operator's manual in it. Of course, I didn't realize this until after I had bought both manuals. Also, the pages were all punched, so all I had to do was put the pages in a 3-ring binder. I can look up the printer's name if somebody really needs it, but my suggestion is to order the service manual only directly thru your Bobcat dealer. I think I ended up paying about $150 for the pair.
