Does anyone know where to find the Diode on a 1993 440B?

I'm trying to follow the wiring schematic in the manual. It says that there is a diode in the system. I found what looks like a battery tender type connector with a plug in it. I'll attach a picture. If that is it where do you buy a replacement? Also would like to add additional lights. Does anyone know where the original but optional light wiring harness was ran so it was safe from pinching when lifting the cab?

Did you go to the Bobcat website and put your model and Serial number (P.I.N.)?
Click on Electrical. Click on harness picture.
Look at #27 in schematic..."Diode" .
Is that what you are looking for?
See attached screenshots.
Not sure on that connector...hopefully an expert will chime in. It looks like a battery tender or engine block heater..but just guessing.

Thank you very much. The pic you posted of #27 actually looks like it might be it. I tried Bobcat website and all I get when I put in my model number was 6 parts. So I dug up my serial number and it is finally showing me everything. Thank you again! Any idea of where they ran the original Light circuit?

Sorry i do not know. I see a "Light kit" under your model.. does that look familiar?
Did your model come standard with lights?
There is also a back up alarm kit.

A shot in the dark: in the power/key panel. Might have a simple harness connect there.
Hopefully an expert on your model can confirm.

No i am adding lights and want to run the wires in the original location for safety. Hoping that it will keep me from putting them somewhere that they get pinched or rubbed.

If you are putting lights off the front top (usual area to mount) I would run wiring onto key/panel . No pinching or a lot less rub. Are you adding rear lights too?

Front and rear LEDs. There is no power to the cab right now. Everything is below the seat under cab. That's why i am hoping someone with a 440 can let me know where theirs are running. Thank you for all your help so far.
