Deere 332 High flow button

Hey guys. I am new to skid steers and picked up a deere 332 with 1400 hours on it. Pardon the ignorance, but how does the hi flow button work? I don't have an attachment, but I have pressed the button with it running, and it doesn't give me the light that is on the display like when you have the key turned on not running. I have not been able to find any instructions for this either.

Furthermore the wiring for the electronic quick lock has been torn off, electric ram was gone. I purchased a new one and I am currently waiting on it. Does anyone happen to know the size of the roll pins to hold the ram to the levers?
