Deere 320e

I have a Johndeere 320e that’s making a hydraulic hissing noise all the time. The left joystick (pilot controls) causes the noise to go away while moving forward or back, even just slightly pushing on the control causes noise to stop.. The left joystick (boom and bucket) has no effect on the noise. Machine temp does not effect it either. Could this be a relief leaking by? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
