deere 3 series high idle

Just picked up a 09 332 and it will not idle below 1300 rpms. Is this part of the electronic controls or can i adjust the throttle linkage? looks like they hid it behind the alternator and A/C compressor so have move them temporarily to get to. thanks

It depends on how the engine is controlled, is ti common rail at all? If it's not computer controlled, it should be set with scrwes to limit high and low speeds.

dealer said was computer controlled on those machines. Going to have them come out and look at it this week I think
