Cylinder ?

Have a Scat Trak 1350 that a family member just changed the front cylinders out on. The bucket will not fully dump now. anyone have an Idea on how to extend this cylinder slightly to allow it to dump? He tells me he got the same diameter and stroke length cylinder but im thinking maybe the pin length is different?

I think he may have gotten the cylinder stroke wrong, if it won't dump, the rod is not extending far enough.

The original cylinder Thomas put on these was 2.5" x 13.375" x 20.688
