I have a 753C that I need to swap out my bad engine so I brought a 51 HP V2203DI engine. I was told by many companies that it would convert over to the 46 HP V2203 E engine. I had to change over the timing gear case, air intake, manifold, valve cover, along with changing valve cover bolts to studs, oil pan, oil filter housing, drill hole into block for oil stick plunger and tread holes for engine mounts. If I knew what I was getting into I would have went another direction. So now I am too far into the game to stop so the problem I am having is the V2203DI timing gear case! It has an electronic stop solenoid with no hole opening for oil spout and the v2203E has a mechanical stop solenoid with a spring and a oil spout that mounts on the timing gear case with studs. Does anybody know if there is a conversion bracket for the throttle linkage for theV2203 DI or a different way to solve this problem? I tried to swap just the gear case over to the V2203 DI but it has a different set up for the governor vs the V2203E gear case cover it is not usable unless you start take internal gear parts a loose!

Sounds like you are having a lot more issues than you should. I thought it would have been pretty close to a straight swap.
Is there a solenoid in the gear cover for the fuel shut off?
I would have thought the old throttle linkage would have fitted the new engine.

Yes, there is a solenoid and the old throttle linkage can be used only if you modify a new bracket .The V2203DI does not have a throttle linkage/oil spout tube mount location on timing gear cover case like the Bobcat V2203E.
