Hello guys. I'm new here. I have an 843 Bobcat with a leak in the main control valve. Is there easy access to remove this valve or replace spool seals, etc? Lifting arms will not raise and sag under load. Also I'm not sure how to engage float mode on the 843. Any input from you guys would be appreciated. Thanks.

While I'm not familiar with the 843 there is a good possibility that the spools can be removed and resealed without having to take the control out of the machine. Hopefully Mr Tazza will confirm or deny this.

As for your float it may be just punching down on the arm pedal to get the detent to catch. That's the way my 753 is which I'm dealing with myself today.
