I drove this 763 and it does creep when started, owner said he replaced bushings but didn't adjust. it has the 'push to operate' kit. The one thing that sucks is the lack of greasing, bobtach pins are loose and the bobtach tilt pin is loose as well. I didn't check arm pins. It starts and runs with no smoke and the bucket cutting edge looks like waves. I believe I can get it for less than 5K...........Worth it?.

Even worst case you needed a new Bob-tach and pins and a bucket, if everything else is okay I'd say oh yeah........

The pins and bushings can be replaced in the bobtach, the arms you can change the pins. I'd say its a pretty good deal for those hours.
