Sorry about the first post, showing my age Hello, I am new here and I am a frustrated 68+ mechanic and over the hill. My bobcat just started throwing this code. I have spend about 10 hours reading about this, but very few resolutions. I have followed the bobcat diagnoses and I have 5.1 volts. The wiggle test and removed all connections and reconnected. I have done a continuity test on the acs wiring harness and all good. I have 12 volts on the hot wires. I can turn the key on and the light is not on but, if I try to do anything the light comes on.Sometimes the light just comes right on. Now, I hear 1 relay click in the fuse box, then I here a click lower in the chassis, as I am a grandpa I don't have real good hearing or a way with the cab up and hear the other click location. If I hear the second click the light come on right away. No second click and no light. I am real stumped and have 4 tons of potatoes in my shop which need to go into the ground. Any help!

Maybe post more details about your machine and the problem you are having. Someone may have experienced the same thing but not know the code

Without knowing what model or serial number it can be tough to diagnose. However majority of the time I have this issue is with the older machines that have the metal encased gateway controller. Next to your left foot when sitting in the machine you have a metal cover, remove this cover and you will see your controller. If it's plastic you should be fine if it's metal it's trash.

Code 32-65 is an ACS controller fault code, stating the ACS sensor supply voltage is out of range, which I think you already know....
As previously stated, a model number and serial number may help in diagnosing your machine's issue.

The model is a s-300. It is a 2005 model. This all started when I had 20 or so sand bags on a pallet. with all the rain I got stuck and had to leave it over night. The pallet was up and the next day it was on the ground. I pulled it back with my tractor and this code started. I was not in deep mud just no traction. I have had an issue with the quick attach, I had to hold the tilt to the stop to make the cylinder on the attachment operate fast.

I found my second click sound. It is one of the actuators. Should they attempt to operate upon startup?

It could be slightly off center and when you turn it on the computer tries to center it, didn't really explain the code you're getting however try a manual calibration on the actuators and see if that does anything. Also pull your ACS controller and check the connections for moisture. More often than not that code leads to a bad controller. I've also seen bad spots in the harness cause the code so inspect the wiring real close. Are you sure that's the only code you are getting?

You were right Bswwood, it was the computer. changed out and all is good. thanks again for the help

hi would like to jump in on this thread, i have codes 32-65 and 32-49 which which were intermitent but now constant, i have run a few test, main thing to note is cannot get 5v from the sensor wire any more. have run out of ideas except i may be the controller. 2006 t190. all wiringharness has been inspected no signs of short,
any ways to disprove code 32-49?
thansk in advance
pete

Hello, jumping on this thread as it seems like i have some of the same issues... wonder if Farmerpete ever found his problem !
i have a T140 2007, it has the SJC with 2530 hours on it. im running in some issues with it. i started to have some trouble with my ACS where, i could be working with it and it would throw the ASC light on and the lift/tilt control would stop working (i could still be driving though) so i've been shutting it down, starting back up and it would work again.
the control panel was out of comission (where the gas gauge and hours are) so i replaced it. then somehow my problem disappeared ! no more lights or codes.
Parked it for a month and took it out this week, the arm worked for 2 minutes and then stopped !
ACS light on YAYYYY ! impossible to move the arm and the front window was on, sooooo, i had to use the manual lever to bring the arm down. i tried to shut it multiple times but still the same problem !
one thing i noticed different is that as soon as i turn the key to the "on" position, one of the actuator makes a noise like its calibrating for a quick second and then the noise stops.
My codes are 32-49 and 32-65. i've red that the wire #1500 should have around 5V +/_ 0.25V but when i unplug it fron the ACS control box, i have a 7.5V....i've been reading the threads from left to right without any success to my problem. i like fixing everything myself and understand the problem rather then bringing it to the shop. Im in france, (im an american that moved oversea) shop rates are ok compare to the us, but still, i'd like to figure that one out and if someone would be willing to help, maybe it will serve for futur members !
