Clear Service notification on T76 standard display

On standard T76 display I keep getting service notification, but no service code is reported. When I try to clear, per manual instructions, it just cycles back to the same procedure and does not clear warning. Hours to service is now a -23hrs. Keep getting a red manual icon on screen.
