chaincase drain plug

Can anyone explain to me , how do you remove the chaincase drain plug on a 773 bobcat ? It`s round and has a rubber around it .
 
I managed to get a pair of vice grips on the steel plug and pulled it out. This will allow oil out and you can then remove the rubber section.
Even if you need to destroy it to get it out, they are cheap from the dealer.
Hopefully some of that made sense....

Thanks for the quick response . Do I have to unscrew it or does it just pull out ?
