I made a mock-up out of cardboard and the talented heating & air conditioning guy in the neighborhood made a filler assembly out of galvanized sheet metal. After it is painted it will look like it came from Bobcat that way. It clears the bucket ram when the bucket is all the way down. This is an ongoing project so a few other details (filling the gap at the bottom of the door.) are being worked on, but the results up to this point are worth the effort. The door only cost me $75 since it has a few scratches on the glass that the former owner did not like and the wiper was an EBay find so the overall cost is very low.
