cat 287b cab wll not go up

I have a cat 287b 2007 have had cab up many times till now. front bolts out but cab wont lift up. It is not the latch as it is moving freely. I believe it is the 2 bolts top rear that the cab pivots on, they seam to have a rubber piece in them and I cant get the bolts out anyone have this problem. Or could it be something else, I removed the lift arm not the problem.

try to grease the two pivot bolts with oil or diesel. Has there been a blow on the cabin, is there something twisted? Why you took down the lift arm.? It is possible that the shock absorbers have weakened. Lift up with a bar betveen cab and frame a little.
