cat 262B hydrolic problem

I am having a problem with the hydralics system that tilts the bucket. Bucket just falls upon lifting. No visible leaks. The controls are joy stick and I believe use pilot presure. Any sugestions? I am not sure were to start. I am able to raise bucket back up with joystick but in neutral position bucket just falls. Thank in advance. John

jca, I just bought the complete repair manual for my 246 and it covers your 262 as well. If there is anything you need out of it, let know. I'll look up your problem now. Thanks, Chris

Cam2, I've got a hydrolic problem with my 246, I believe its the coupling between the engine and pump. If you have the service manual and could give me some direction it would be much appreciated. [email protected] Thanks
