CAT 247b wont start,

ran for 24hr straight last night plowing. all the accessories work and the bat. is 12.7 power at stater. it's used no manuals etc. can find fuses, just relays in engine compartment .. turn key , power and you hear a relay click that's it.

What happens to the voltage when you try and start? does it drop to zero?
It is always possible the battery has failed.
