Cat 246 Skidsteer won't stay running.

The machine starts fine, but when you release the key from the start position it won't continue to run from the ON position. Checked all the fuses, and nothing there. Not sure where to go now, and can't afford the CAT mechanic......

If it is a straight 246. Not a 246b Fuel shut off solenoid. Has 3wires one to start. One ground and one is to " latch" solenoid to run. If you unbolt solenoid it will run.but will have to stick something in hole to shut off
