Cat 239D Axle Clips

Hi I have a 2018 239D with 2044 hrs on it. I have put 500 hrs on it since i purchased it. I Lost 1 clip about 150 hrs ago and 2 in the last 30hrs. This has happened on different axles. This machine is only operated in sand. Had it in for service and Fabick cat lost a clip in their parking lot. I check the axles every hour now. Last week the right rear was walking off and Today the left front was walking itself off, twice. There is a new design of the clip, but they are not in stock yet. Thoughts?

Update to the clip issue. Fabick Cat determined both axles needed to be replaced. They did that and after 36 hours I have not lost any clips. So it went from 6 clip walk offs in 10 hrs to none in 36.
