I have a cat 236 that previously caught fire, i replaced all the control lines fixed all the wires i saw that were visually damaged. The current issue at hand is, when i move the bucket in any direction it refuses to stop or go other direction. Forward & reverse work fine, but once bucket gets set in motion, dump, scoop, raise or lower, it will not stop until i cut tractor off. And yes i had to guess where to run tool control lines. But seems to me ir would just have a backwards control instead of this issue

Man, hydraulic gremlins after a fire are the absolute worst. If the bucket won't center, it sounds like the spool in the control valve is sticking or you've got pilot pressure trapped somewhere keeping it open. Since you had to guess on the lines, I'd double-check if there's a return line restricted or swapped that's preventing the pressure from dropping when you let go of the stick.
