I assume you mean tilt rams?
The hydraulic control block may have leaking load checks, Find the section of the valve that is for tilt, there should be 2 plugs on this section. Remove them, there should be springs and poppets behind here, hopefully even some bad Orings. If the Orings leak, oil by-passes and the rams don't hold.
