Case 75xt not moving forward or reverse

Hello i have a case 75xt i bought it as it is and the problem is that will not move forward or reverse i raised it and when i start it the wheels unlock i also mentioning that i bought it at night time and i haven t seen that all the electrical was removed i think it was converted to work without electrical harness.Regards of that the bucket will move up and down will tilt and everything.
What could it be the problem.?
