Case 75XT free rolling

Hi All, I'm fairly new to skid steers, but bought a '03-'04 75XT for use around the farm. It has low hours (850) and all of the wear parts seem to be in good shape save a few hoses I replaced. The only thing I can't figure out is that it seems to neutral roll or gently free roll if it is on an incline (facing up or down) if I am not pushing the controls or have the parking brake on. All fluids were changed when I got it, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Is this normal, or is there something I can check?

A small amount of creep downhill is normal, especially if the hydraulic oil is hot.
