CASE 410 series 3 - no power!

Hi, I'm having trouble with a CASE 410 series 3 currently done 1500hrs. Was doing some light work, stopped all of a sudden, can't get it to start again. There appears to be power to the key ignition, but the panel is not lighting up. It has a brand new battery, fuses all appear to be ok. Starter motor not turning over. Any suggestions and advice??? Your machine is a fairly late model, so it is fair to say that there are likely some electronics that are preventing your machine from operating. These can be extremely difficult and frustrating to trouble shoot. If you are luck, maybe it is something as simple as a broken wire somewhere.
I would be trying to get my hands on a workshop manual if it were me, at least something with a wiring diagram that you can trace.
