I have a CASE 1845C with 3600 hours. Everything runs fine, hydraulics are fine, and just replaced the hydraulic filter and PSI sensor as I was hoping that was the issue. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be? It would be easier if the machine was having issues.

You say everything works fine, so I'm not sure what your asking? Are your light and buzzer always on? On my 1845c, my charge psi light and buzzer will be on when I first start the machine. I have to give it just a bit of throttle and they will go off. Then I can pull the throttle back to idle again. Not sure if this is normal, but mine has been doing this for a long time. Since my machine works great, I just figured it was a sticky sensor.

Could it be as simple as a bad pressure sender?
If it's saying low PSI, and things are working fine, it could just be a bad sender telling it's low when it's really not.

Hypothetically speaking, if I decided to I wanted to actually check the charge pressure, is there a test port or something or would I just remove the sender and use that hole?

The best way is as you said, use the sender port.
