If it's just the housing, you can possibly get it welded? if it's the housing for the drive pump that i'm thinking of, it won't have issues if it's welded.

I got the pump welded. I want to put it together again, but have a question about a valve on the pump.
Could you advise me whats it responsible for and what position it should be in? Thanks !
