After turning around we were driving forward and dropping the bucket when suddenly we lost boom and driving forward/reverse power. Motor was still running. Before the sudden stop there was no loss of power or whining in the pumps.  We have pulled the tandem pumps finding no issues all shafts are clean and move properly. We turned the motor that runs the u-joint to the tandem pumps which appears to be good. When we drained the hydraulic oil it was holding approximately 10 Gallons. Their is no cuts in hydraulic hoses, but had one small leak in a return lineWe have 1 broken wire that appears to run to the hydraulic filter? Would that shut down the hydraulics?What else should I look at that would cause sudden failure?</blockquote>
