Im looking for feed back. I’m thinking of buying a case 1818 from a guy he says it has been parked for a couple of years before he parked it he said it smoked a lot. He is selling it for 700 it’s about 400 miles away is it worth buying and fixing ?
Smoke could be a few things, bad injectors, plugged air filter, engine wear making it burn oil.
Without seeing it, you won't really know.
If it runs ok, even smoking, i think it's worth $700
