Hey everyone, I have a Case 1816B that I have been toying with for a couple of years. To date I have cleaned it up a bit, replaced both drive motors, and next week I am repowering it with a new Honda GX630. I am thinking about adding a quick attach front end to give me a little more versatility. One thing I would like to be able to run is an auger. I have found a few and the one I am currently looking at runs between 10 and 20 GPM. So far I have not decided if I will put in a true auxiliary circuit or if I will use a diverter circuit off of my tilt controls. The questions come about the current 8GPM equipment pump. I think I should be able to upgrade the pump, I found a chief gear pump with a range from 9.5 to 19.1 GPM. Am I looking at destroying the rest of my equipment hydraulic circuit by over loading it? Are there other items I am over looking? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I am not overly familiar with hydraulic systems yet... Getting better though
Thanks much.
