Case 1816 keeps tilting bucket while traveling..

This issue seems to be getting worse. use to be occasionally it would start to tilt down (loaded or empty) and I'd bump the lever to raise and be ok. Now it seems to be more often and I need to watch the bucket while moving forward instead of watching whats in front of me.. not good. I did a seal kit to both cylinders (raise and tilt) on the left side when I got it a year or so ago but not either on right side as they weren't leaking. I did notice under machine I'm getting couple wet spots now and wasn't before? any ideas? thanks
