When it doesn't move, is the large pulley spinning? If yes, your problem is the clutch plates on each side that need either adjustment (tightening) or replacement. If no, on the variable speed lever - push it fwd. Does the small pulley "squeeze" making the front pulley larger and the rear pulley smaller? It should so the problem is in the variable speed pulley's hydraulics.</p></blockquote><p></p>
