carb replacment for a 228 zenth

I have a 4 cllinder ford with a zenth 228 carb and it is leaking from throttle body at the shaft. I could have it bored and sleeved,but I was wondering if any one knows what kind I could replace it with,and not have a lot of changes to make

I can't see why that can't be done.
Is there a seal on the shaft?
