I finally after having it sit for the past year am getting ready to start the complete rebuild of my 853 Skidsteer which had been in a fire. We have started with the engine tear down for rebuild and I am starting to look for parts that I need. I am hoping to find someone online that i can buy the stuff from. I do want new parts, am looking to do this right. I am going to need everything from gaskets through wiring harnesses to in-cab items. Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed for ya

It will be costly, but i'm sure it will be worth it.
Talk to Mark at Intermountain Bobcat in Utah, i'm sure he will be able to help you with the parts you require.
Just how bad is the burnt area?

As we get into it im beginning to realize its more cosmetic.. ie wiring and plastics. I bought it burnt, but it was an engine fire that happened when the rig was not running, the fire dept caught it pretty quickly blowing the flames from engine compartment forwards. All wiring in engine area will need to be replaced as well as radiator, starter and alternator.. some hydraulic hoses and then seat cushions and plastics inside. I know it wasent too hot for long as there is still a plastic soda bottle sitting down by the foot pedals which has the label scorched but is not melted. I have the knowledge to do the rebuild myself but am trying to find the best place for parts. From what ive heard the bobcat dealer here in NH is not the easiest to work with on the older stuff. How would I go about getting hold of Bob?.. Is he on here?
