hi all, i have a older probably late 60s melroe bobcat m 500 that i would like to replace the 2 hydraulic valves that control the lifting and tilting of the bucket. they are foot controlled. the valves have a little seeping of oil around were the spool comes out. where could i get such valves or is it better to try and rebuild them if so where could i get parts to do so for that particular machine. thanks

If the spools are not marked new seals should fix them.
If you can get the control block out, take it apart and take it and the seals to your local hydraulic seal shop. They should be able to match them for you. The dealer 'may' have a kit available still, but you will pay for the privilege of said kit....
