But when you wiggle them does your float come out they my be sticking a bit that can do some strange things
Hi, Check The Wiring at the Handle , """ Careful Un-pluging the wires """" Take a ohm's meter ( It's Gonig To Take a Very Good Meter To Check This Stuff ! ) to check that button is not sticking , also the trigger it's not turned on, or sticking..... Next find the Solenoids for the " Bucket Float " ,, Follow the wires from the Coil(s) Back to the " Main Harness " And You will find ( maybe Wrapped in tape ) one or Two CONNECTOR"S with a " Yellow Plug " Stuck in the connectors .... THIS Is A """ DIODE """ EACh Soleniod Has One !!! ... Current Is Only Allowed To Flow " One Way " ..... If The " Diode Is Burned Out , It Will Allow Current to Flow Both Ways And the Coil will Stay energized / ON . .. Next On the List is The Relay That Controls This Curcuit . Two More Items To Check ,,,,, The Spool Valve In the Solenoid And the Post That the " Solenoids > Mount To ,,,, Check to See If it Rusted ,, Clean if needed .... LAST ,,, Would Be The Valve Body For Trash in The Hydraulic System, ... ( I have A ::: TL140 In THe Fleet , Same Problem > Now You Can Hear That Solenoid Working ,,,,

..... Hope This Helps , Later , Mark K.
