Id recommend removing the tilt spool and inspecting it. Make sure it slides smoothly in the bore and there isn't play. Check and make sure the spring on the spool isn't broken and that there isn't scoring on the spool. Another thing you can check is the port reliefs on that section. They are on the back side of the valve in line with the tilt spool. You can switch them around. there is one for the rod end and base end of the cylinder. Make sure there isn't anything stuck in it or damage to the seat.</p></blockquote><p></p>
